Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for sessions?

Absolutely! I photograph sessions throughout Panama City Beach, Panama City, and the surrounding areas. Travel within the local area is included. Sessions outside my standard service area may be subject to a travel fee.

2.can we get in the water?

Absolutely! In fact, some of my favorite images happen when clients are willing to get their feet wet. If you’re up for it, we can end your session with playful, candid moments in the waves that often create some of the most memorable and beautiful photos. Just be sure to bring a towel and plan for a little extra fun!


Water shots are completely optional, but highly encouraged if you’re looking for those carefree, beachy images that truly capture the spirit of Panama City Beach.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, or unfavorable weather. I closely monitor weather conditions and will work with you to find a new date if needed.


Please note that your retainer/deposit reserves your session date and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your retainer can be applied toward a new session date when notice is provided in advance.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All sessions include professionally edited digital images delivered through a private online gallery. Your gallery also offers the option to purchase professional-quality prints and products directly from your gallery.

5.what happens if my child won't cooperate?

Don’t worry! Some of the best images come from candid moments. I keep sessions relaxed and child-friendly to capture genuine smiles and interactions.

6.can i request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I welcome inspiration photos and special requests. While I’ll guide you through natural posing throughout the session, I’m happy to incorporate specific ideas or must-have images that are important to you.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course! Most planning can be handled through email, text, or a quick phone call, but I’m always happy to answer questions and help you prepare so you feel confident and relaxed before your session.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Galleries are typically delivered within 3-4 weeks of your session.
